The short version

The free converter never uploads your images. PNG, JPG, SVG and lithophane conversions run entirely in your browser. We cannot see, store or share files you convert with the free tool.

What we process

• Free converter: no files leave your device. We don't require an account.
• Pro AI photo → 3D: the image you submit is sent over HTTPS to our AI processing provider (for example fal.ai) to generate the model. It is held in memory for the job only and is not stored by us. The provider's retention is limited to processing under their terms.
• Accounts and payments (Pro): your email and subscription status. Payments are handled by our payment provider (merchant of record); we never see full card numbers.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security and rate limiting for up to 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we enable analytics, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that does not collect personal data. Pro accounts use an essential login cookie.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@pixeltostl.com. US residents (including California) and EU/UK visitors have the rights given by their local laws, and we honour them for all users.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
